Any appointment requested by Imaging Panda is backed by our 100% money-back guarantee. You have 7 days from the time of payment to be eligible for a full refund, with a few simple exceptions:
- If your doctor’s order requires an imaging order different from what you booked, we will quote you an updated price. If you are unsatisfied with this new price, you may request a refund minus a $10 processing fee.
- A doctor’s order is required to book appointments through Imaging Panda. If you request an appointment without a doctor’s order, you are eligible for a refund minus a $10 processing fee.
- If you provide inaccurate contact information or are unresponsive to our communications during the scheduling process, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Once we have provided the imaging center name and/or scheduled your appointment, all sales are final (regardless of 7-day refund window).
Please note, we can help with rescheduling your appointment if your plans change.
If you arrive at your scheduled appointment and do not receive your scheduled study, for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Examples include:
- The imaging center determines the study cannot be performed or is not medically necessary
- The imaging center is unable to provide the study (e.g., machine is not working)
- The imaging center cancels your appointment, for any reason
How to request a refund
Refunds must be requested in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. To receive your refund, you must conduct a 5-minute phone call with our support staff to help us understand what went wrong.
Chargebacks are costly and may not be used as an alternative to requesting a refund. If a chargeback is initiated without requesting a refund, patients will be responsible for a $20 chargeback fee
